Job summary

Expleo Ireland invites applications for a Head of Quality Engineering who will lead the Quality Solutions Unit within the Senior Management Team. The role oversees consultancy delivery, client solutions, and recruitment/resourcing for the unit, reporting to the Director of Quality Solutions and collaborating with Commercial Directors and Delivery Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Experience in leading Quality Engineering teams and delivering multi-location services.
• Strong business development and pre-sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and service offering for Quality Engineering and drive execution.
• Oversee multi-location delivery and modern delivery methodologies.
• Identify revenue opportunities with clients in collaboration with Sales and Ops.
• Ensure innovation, thought leadership and alignment with client demand.
• Talent management across consultants including training budget.
• Manage budgets, resources, and margins; ensure ROI.
