The Chief Financial Officer will take overall responsibility for the financial strategy, controls and performance of a growing organisation, working closely with the senior leadership team to support both day-to-day operations and longer-term business growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone comfortable operating at both strategic and operational level. The successful candidate will take ownership of financial planning, cash flow, working capital, governance and reporting, while developing the financial processes, controls and systems required to support a scaling organisation.
The CFO will also work closely with Commercial, Production, Engineering and other operational functions, providing financial guidance and ensuring strong visibility of project costs, margins, risks and overall business performance.
