Job summary

Actavo Group is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the company’s growth agenda, shaping revenue strategy across sales, marketing and customer success, and driving profitable expansion in multi-market environments. Qualifications

• Significant senior executive experience in commercial leadership, sales, marketing, business development or corporate strategy, ideally within a fast-paced or multi-market environment.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue, entering new markets and delivering strategic growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical capability, including financial modelling, data analysis, pricing strategy and market trend forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline; MBA or advanced qualification preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive revenue-generating functions, including sales, business development and customer success, ensuring commercial strategies are aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
• Identify strategic threats, market gaps and new business opportunities through data-driven insight, market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Oversee pricing, packaging and monetisation models to maximise market share, margins and return on investment.
• Lead key growth initiatives, including partnerships, joint ventures and potential mergers or acquisitions, where aligned to business strategy.
• Ensure marketing, demand generation and brand positioning are directly aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor and scale high-performing commercial and strategy teams while working closely with the CEO, CFO and product or operational teams to support long-term profitability and execution.
