The Q Café Company Limited in Kilkenny is recruiting enthusiastic Chefs of all grades for our healthcare units. The position is on site and offers 40 hours per week over seven days, with daytime hours only.

You will prepare meals to high standards, supervise kitchen staff, manage budgeted purchases, and help design monthly menu cycles. The role also requires adherence to HACCP and health-and-safety rules; transport and certain benefits are provided.

Responsabilités

• To work and order products within agreed budgets as set out by the company.
• To compile menu cycles on a monthly basis.
• To operate the HACCP and Health and Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.
• Support for Holiday and Cover for Dublin Units.
• Must have own Transport.
