Brubakers is evolving, and we’re looking for a chef to be part of what’s next. We’re launching a refined menu and seeking a passionate cook to shape dishes, maintain high quality, and contribute to a great guest experience.

You’ll be involved in preparing, presenting, and delivering consistent meals in a busy kitchen, with opportunities to influence menu development and work with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for good food and quality ingredients.
• Solid knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene.
• Pride in presentation and consistency; reliable and organized.
• Creative approach and enthusiasm for developing new dishes.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard.
• Maintaining excellent standards of food quality, presentation & hygiene.
• Contributing ideas and creativity as the menu develops.
• Working efficiently as part of a small, busy kitchen team.
