Gourmet Food Parlour in Santry, Dublin is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a high-performing catering kitchen delivering premium food for events and corporate functions across Ireland.

You will run a section, prepare high-quality dishes to standard recipes, and contribute to large-scale event production while collaborating with management and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and consistent presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy kitchen.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume catering environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Passion for food innovation and creativity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Confidence in coordinating timings and working to order.

Responsibilities

• Running your own section within a busy catering kitchen.
• Preparing high-quality dishes to standard recipes and client specifications.
• Contributing to large-scale event and corporate catering production.
