Job summary

Teamworx Ltd. in County Kildare is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a luxury resort kitchen. You will run a designated section, uphold the highest standards of quality, hygiene and presentation, and work within a fast-paced brigade to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will support menu development, train junior staff, manage stock, and ensure HACCP compliance while maintaining cost control and strong teamwork across shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Experience in high-end hotels, resorts, fine dining restaurants, or luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong technical cooking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and modern cooking techniques.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Full knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the smooth operation of your assigned section.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards in line with brand expectations.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
• Maintain strict adherence to HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with menu development and daily specials in collaboration with senior chefs.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen team members, providing guidance and training.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and stock control.
• Minimise food waste and support cost control initiatives.
• Work collaboratively within a large kitchen brigade in a fast-paced luxury environment.
