The K Club in Ireland is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. You will own your kitchen section, uphold high standards of cuisine and hygiene, and respond to guest requests precisely.

Ideal candidates have hotel experience or a passion for food, strong English communication, and thrive under pressure in a close-knit team. We offer 45-hour weeks, meals on duty, training, and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel industry advantageous.
• Passion for food at all levels.
• Friendly team player with ability to work under pressure.
• Familiar with HACCP regulations.
• Excellent communications and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English, oral and written.
• Flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Own your kitchen section, ensure smooth running of the section and uphold high standards of cuisine and hygiene.
• Prepare ingredients for service to required standard and minimise wastage.
• Meticulously meet guest special requests.
• Prepare dishes to specifications and contribute to ongoing improvements.
• Store all goods correctly and hygienically per HACCP.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, respectful working atmosphere.
• Work on your own initiative and within a close-knit team.
