Job summary

The Slieve Russell Hotel Golf & Country Club in Co. Cavan invites applications for the position of Chef de Partie.

You will work on all sections in the main kitchen producing fine dining dishes and you will take charge of a section and manage Commis Chefs within that section. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel environment, a Professional Chef Qualification, HACCP qualification, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or large kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to lead a section and manage Commis Chefs.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work in a busy environment.
• Flexible with working hours, weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee sections in the main kitchen and produce fine dining dishes.
• Take charge of a kitchen section and manage Commis Chefs.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and HACCP compliance.
• Work as part of a team and lead by example.
