Mikey Ryan's Bar & Kitchen at Cashel Palace Hotel is seeking a Chef De Partie to support the culinary team under the Director of Culinary, delivering high-quality dishes with care and consistency.

You will work as part of a team, maintain standards, and contribute to a hospitality experience that celebrates local produce and the gastropub's award-winning reputation.
