Cashel Palace Hotel's Mikey Ryan's Bar & Kitchen is seeking a Chef De Partie to join its award-winning gastropub team, delivering high-quality dishes that celebrate local produce. The role reports to the Director of Culinary and Head Chef, with responsibilities spanning day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards.

You will work in a dynamic, professional kitchen, both independently and as part of a team, in a full-time capacity with excellent employee benefits including wellness
