The Brooklyn in Ireland is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will assist the head chef and help maintain the high quality and presentation of our fresh menu, in a professional, fast paced environment.

We require 2+ years in a similar role, strong HACCP and food hygiene knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure. Permanent resident status in Ireland with a valid work permit is essential. Enjoy excellent training and progression opportunities and share in gratuities.
