Job summary

Pog Fro-Yo Limited in Dublin is seeking a full-time Chef de Partie with a genuine love for great food to join our kitchen team. You will prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu development. HACCP compliance, food hygiene and waste control will be monitored to maintain safety and quality.

The role is 39 hours per week with a salary of €36,605 per year and location at Pog Bachelors Walk, Dublin 1. Experience of at least 2 years is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a kitchen or similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• HACCP knowledge and compliance with hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes.
• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu development.
• Monitor food costs, waste and HACCP documentation.
