Job summary

MANA CATERING LIMITED, t/a Mana Premium Takeaway, located in Kilmallock, Co. Limerick, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy restaurant team. You will prepare and present the menu, while upholding high standards of food hygiene and maintaining an efficient kitchen.

Minimum 2 years in a similar role, strong organisational skills, and solid HACCP know-how are required. Culinary qualifications are desirable. The position is on-site with 39 hours per week and a salary of €36,650 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in similar capacity.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Experience in modern and busy kitchen environment.
• Relevant culinary qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities
