Teach de Broc is seeking a Chef de Partie for a full-time, 24-month fixed-term contract starting May 2027 at Teach de Broc, Ballybunion, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Own an allocated kitchen section and daily mise en place.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to recipes and portions.
• Maintain quality and efficiency during service.
• Monitor stock, assist with deliveries and storage.
• Support junior kitchen colleagues.
