The Derrynane Coast Hotel in Caherdaniel, Ring of Kerry, Ireland, is seeking a Chef de Partie for a six-month fixed-term contract. You will manage an allocated kitchen section under the Head Chef, delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining service standards during busy periods.

You should have at least five years of professional kitchen experience, HACCP knowledge, and the ability to lead a team. The role offers a gross hourly rate from €18.50, with an annualised equivalent of about €37,518,

Formación

• Minimum five years of professional chef experience with verifiable references.
• Restaurant or hotel kitchen background.
• Ability to manage a section and maintain standards during busy service.
• HACCP, food hygiene and allergen controls knowledge.
• English for service communication and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Organise daily mise en place according to menus and service requirements.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to recipes and standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes.
• Follow HACCP and food hygiene procedures.
• Maintain hygiene, stock controls and waste minimisation.
• Support junior colleagues and assist with opening/closing duties.
