Job summary

The Pantry, Waterford, is operated by Saxena Hospitality Limited. We are seeking a Chef De Partie to join a busy restaurant team and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

You will deliver high-quality dishes, manage orders and maintain HACCP standards, while staying current with new products and techniques. English fluency is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years high level experience in a CDP role.
• Level 1 Certificate or Food Safety (HACCP) required.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

Chef De Partie (CDP) required in a restaurant located in Waterford. Applicant must have over 2 years high level experience. Applicant must be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in a busy restaurant. Applicant must deliver consistently high-quality food, handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorisation are not received.
