Job summary

The Poitin Stil, part of the Louis Fitzgerald Group, is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie on a full-time basis to own a section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard and maintaining food safety and hygiene practices. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy service.

You will have 3+ years of experience, reside in Dublin, and be able to work evenings and weekends, with opportunities to grow within our supportive kitchen team.

• 3+ years of experience as Chef de Partie.
• Must reside in Dublin, Ireland and have full right to work in Ireland.
• Solid understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a genuine passion for great food.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Poitin Stil on a full-time basis. You'll take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard, maintaining food safety and hygiene practices, and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy service.

About The Role

• 3+ years previous experience as a Chef de Partie essential
• Must be currently residing in Dublin, Ireland and have full right to work in Ireland
• Solid understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a genuine passion for great food
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
