Job summary

The Poitin Stil, part of The Louis Fitzgerald Group, is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen on a full-time basis. You will own a specific kitchen section, ensuring dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard while maintaining food safety and hygiene practices.

You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy service. We offer a competitive hourly pay up to €20ph depending on experience, full-time hours, and opportunities to grow within a supportive kitchen

Qualifications

• 3+ years previous experience as Chef de Partie essential
• Solid understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a genuine passion for great food
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
