Job summary

Rustic Pizza in Dublin is hiring an experienced Chef de Partie; focus on pasta and pizza, joining a busy kitchen team. 39-hour week; salary €36,605 per annum. Requires 2 years kitchen experience with pasta, pizza and raw meat, HACCP knowledge, and culinary qualification preferred. On-site role at 55 Prussia Street, Dublin 7.

You will follow recipes, maintain hygiene standards, and support the kitchen during service with a strong eye for quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ previous kitchen or Chef experience, including experience with pasta, pizza and raw meat preparation.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP and safe raw meat handling.
• Culinary qualification/degree preferred.
• Ability to maintain consistent food quality and work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook spaghetti and a range of pasta dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Prepare and cook pizza, including dough, sauces and toppings.
• Safely handle, prepare, portion and cook raw meat, following strict food-safety procedures.

We’re Expanding!The Pizza Van (Rustic Pizza) Limited t/a Rustic Pizza located at 55 Prussia St, Stoneybatter, Dublin, D07 PA66 is now hiring an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie specialising in Italian cuisine, with a particular focus on pasta and pizza, to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook spaghetti and a range of pasta dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Prepare and cook pizza, including dough, sauces and toppings.
