Job summary

Wappinger Food Corporation Ltd T/A Roly’s Bistro, Dublin 4, is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our popular restaurant team. You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes while maintaining internal standards and working across kitchen sections.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, holds Level 5 (or equivalent) and demonstrates culinary creativity, HACCP knowledge, and reliability. This is a full-time role with a 39-hour week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in preparing & cooking quality cuisine.
• Must have Level 5 (Leaving Certificate/LCAVP) or relevant experience.
• English: C1-Advanced

Must be hardworking & capable of producing high quality foods for both department & internal standards. Salary €36,605 pa, 39 hours p/w
