Job summary

D & G Restaurants Limited, trading as Bellagio Restaurant in Dublin, invites applications for two Chef De Partie positions. You will work a 39-hour week, ensuring consistent quality across a popular bar and restaurant.

The role requires hardworking individuals with a strong standard of professional cooking. The successful candidates will have at least two years of relevant experience, a Level 6 qualification or equivalent, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in preparing and cooking quality cuisine.
• Level 6 qualification or relevant experience.
• English language at least C1-Advanced.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to meet quality standards and menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness, portion control and food safety throughout service.

Min 2 Years’ experience in preparing & cooking quality cuisine. Must be hardworking & capable of producing high quality foods for both department & internal standards. Salary €36,605 pa, 39hrs p/w.
