Job summary

The Croke Park Hotel in Dublin is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen brigade. You will work across all sections, from preparation to plating, while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Ideal candidates will have strong knife skills, HACCP knowledge, stock control experience, and the ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment. Excellent opportunities for career growth within the Doyle Collection family.
