The Doyle Collection in Dublin is seeking a Night Manager to oversee overnight safety, security and guest services at The Croke Park property. You will lead the Front Office team during the night shift, ensuring a warm, efficient welcome and smooth departures while preparing for the next day arrivals.

Overview

As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for the safety and security of our guests overnight and will be managing the Front office team during this time. You will be warm and welcoming, providing the guest with an efficient and courteous welcome and departure, whilst also working behind the scenes to oversee the completion of nightly reports and prepare for the next day arrivals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Night Manager, Night Auditor or Senior Receptionist within a luxury hotel environment. Attention to detail, reliability and a customer focus is vital to your success in this role.
