The Westbury, Dublin, part of The Doyle Collection, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join Balfes, our vibrant all-day bistro in the heart of Dublin. You’ll work in an open kitchen, plating seaweed-cured gravadlax, hake with quinoa and greens, and rib eye on a Josper grill, alongside a kitchen team that cares about fresh, beautifully presented dishes.

Fancy joining a fun, energetic team at a restaurant in the heart of Dublin, as a Chef de Partie?

Join our team at Balfes, a vibrant all-day bistro with a 20-seater outdoor terrace, a zinc covered bar and an open kitchen serving beautifully prepared dishes such as seaweed-cured salmon gravadlax, roast Atlantic hake with quinoa and Asian greens, and superb rib eye steaks cooked on a Josper grill.

The team has scoured the country to find the best that Irish artisans have to offer, from artisanal cheeses to free-range poultry and grass-fed beef, dry-aged for 32 days.
