Job summary

ManLee Catering Limited, trading as Jazz Chinese Restaurant in Coolock, Dublin 5, is seeking a Chef De Partie to support the Head Chef with Chinese cuisine preparation, cooking and presentation. The role requires at least 2 years of experience and a Level 6 qualification (incl Higher Advanced Certificate & National Craft Certificate).

39 hours per week, annual salary €36,605. You will work in busy food-service operations, contributing to consistent quality and efficient service.

Assisting Head Chef in preparation, presentation and cooking of Chinese cuisine. Annual salary of €36,605; 39 hours per week. At least 2 years of experience in the preparation and cooking Chinese cuisine.
