Job summary

V&C Victoria Limited T/A 6-Seven Asian Cuisine, 418 South Circular Road, Dublin 8, seeks a Chef De Partie with a minimum of 2 years' experience to assist the Head Chef in preparing, producing and presenting authentic Chinese cuisine. The annual salary is €36,605 for a 39-hour work week, in a Dublin-based kitchen.

Essential qualifications include Level 6 (Higher Advanced Certificate & National Craft Certificate) and at least 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chef De Partie role.
• Level 6 qualification incl Higher Advanced Certificate & National Craft Certificate.
• Experience cooking Chinese cuisine is preferred.
