Job summary

Kangra Limited seeks an experienced Chef de Partie for Monsoon, an Indian restaurant at 4/5 The Hill, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. The role requires a minimum of two years relevant experience and a Level 5 qualification or HACCP.

You will be involved in producing high quality meals from fresh ingredients and leading kitchen operations to maintain a high standard. The position is full-time with a 39-hour work week, located in Blackrock, Co. Dublin.

Experienced and passionate Chef de Partie sought for an Indian restaurant, Monsoon, 4/5 The Hill, Stillorgan, Co. Dublin. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of two years relevant experience. Previous Chef de Partie experience is essential. Key responsibilities will include: Producing high quality meals from fresh ingredient using spices, running the Kitchen to a high standard, demonstrating high standard culinary skills, improving the existing menus etc. This is a permanent full time role. Hours of work per week: 39 hours.
