Job summary

Company Details Confidential is seeking a chef assistant in Galway to support the head and sous chef in a busy kitchen. You will follow direction, help execute menus with colleagues, and ensure supplies are adequate at all times.

Essentially, you should have at least 2 years of kitchen experience, with HACCP knowledge and familiarity with Italian cuisine. This role is based in Ireland and requires eligibility to work there.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen role.
• HACCP knowledge is required.
• Experience in Italian cuisine is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head and sous chef in a food service establishment.
