Job summary

BO & WEI LIMITED seeks an experienced chef to join the kitchen team in Ireland. You will prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty and help train demi-chef de parties or commis working with you.

You will assist the sous chef and head chef in developing new dishes while upholding strict food hygiene and health & safety standards across the team.
