Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Channel Account Manager for Ireland and Northern Ireland. This field-based role blends channel management with active business development to expand Gallagher's market presence. Expect 60% partner enablement and 40% new business hunting.

You'll work closely with Sales Managers, regional BDMs, and internal teams to drive profitable outcomes and strengthen partner relationships across Ireland and NI.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years B2B sales experience in technology/security or related solutions-led environments.
• Experience managing channel, reseller, installer, or partner relationships.
• Strong new business mindset with lead generation and opportunity conversion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic channel partner relationships across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• Drive partner performance through joint business planning and engagement.
• Actively hunt for new business opportunities with existing and new partners.
• Build relationships with end users, consultants, and industry influencers to create demand.
• Identify, qualify, nurture, and close profitable opportunities in target verticals.
• Deliver presentations, support tenders, and work with technical specialists on solutions.
• Maintain CRM discipline, forecasting, reporting, and market insight sharing.
