Job summary

Our Cork based client is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their team on a contract basis.

The Change Manager builds and leads the organization's change management framework. This hands-on role works across project teams and leadership to ensure new tools, processes, and ways of working are smoothly adopted and deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the Framework & Capability
  • Develop easy-to-use change tools, templates, and guidelines scaled to project size and risk.
  • Set up governance, reporting, and a master roadmap to track overall change impact across the business.
  • Coach project teams and train change champions to build internal change capabilities.
• Drive Delivery & Adoption
  • Support multiple projects from discovery to launch and transition to daily operations.
  • Assess project impacts on teams, roles, systems, and processes.
  • Create and execute communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Partner with leaders and champion networks to guide teams through transition, manage resistance, and drive active adoption.
• Measure & Improve
  • Track adoption rates, readiness, and risks using clear metrics and dashboards.
  • Report status, key decisions, and risks directly to leadership forums.
  • Gather feedback and lessons learned to continuously refine the change process.
