Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build the Framework & Capability: develop change tools, templates, and guidelines; set up governance, reporting, and a master roadmap.
• Drive Delivery & Adoption: support multiple projects from discovery to launch; assess impacts; create communication, training, and engagement plans; guide teams through transition.
• Measure & Improve: track adoption, readiness, and risks with metrics and dashboards; report to leadership; capture lessons learned.
