SYSTRA in Dublin is seeking a Change Controller to manage change across high-profile rail and transport projects in Ireland. You will ensure robust change management procedures are in place from CBCIW Core to Site levels, coordinating across functions to deliver efficient change handling.

The role emphasises governance, programme controls, and the ability to lead the change control process across complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• Change control experience across the project lifecycle in high value infrastructure.
• Governance for major projects; strong programme controls.
• Developing and implementing programme controls frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure robust, agile change management procedures across CBCIW delivery lifecycle.
• Design procedures and templates for managing, driving and approving change.
• Collaborate with functions to apply holistic change management across the organisation.
