SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking a Change Controller in Dublin to support high-profile rail and transport infrastructure projects in Ireland. You will ensure robust, agile change management aligned to project baselines and collaborate across CBCIW teams to drive efficient change delivery.

The role requires proven change control experience across large-scale infrastructure programmes, strong governance knowledge and the ability to design and implement programme controls frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out change control activities across the project lifecycle in high value infrastructure projects.
• Strong governance and programme controls knowledge.
• Ability to design and deliver complex project control processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee change management procedures across CBCIW lifecycle.
• Design procedures and templates for managing change.
• Collaborate with functional teams to integrate change control.
• Lead the Change Control Process and report trends.
