Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a motivated Business Change Lead to drive strategic change initiatives across Limerick, Dublin and Galway. You will interface between change programs and operational teams to enable new processes, systems and ways of working, ensuring sustained adoption.

The role requires strong change management expertise, stakeholder engagement and the ability to collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and IT to deliver training and communications while tracking adoption

Qualifications

Essential: Recognised third level qualification; master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant change management experience, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
Strong understanding and practical application of structured change management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Assess change impact, readiness and adoption risks.
Identify sponsors, owners, champions and stakeholders and clarify responsibilities.
Develop and maintain Kirby’s change management framework and ADKAR-based strategies.
Coach sponsors, managers and initiative leads on adoption responsibilities.
Coordinate communications, engagement and training plans across Operations and project teams.
Measure adoption, benefits realisation and conduct continuous improvements.
