Nua Healthcare Limited in Co. Kildare, Ireland seeks a proactive Person in Charge to lead a residential centre on a full-time basis. You will ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance and effective team leadership in line with Health ACT 2007 Regulations.

The role requires a Level 7/8 degree in health or social care with a healthcare management qualification, plus at least 3 years of managerial experience. A valid full driving license is also required.

Qualifications

• Degree in health or social care with management qualification.
• 3 years of managerial experience in health or social care settings.
• Full clean driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Personal Plans, Risk Assessments and Behavioural Support Plans are up to date and that services meet high quality and safety standards.
• Lead and mentor the staff team, coordinate input from clinical and departmental supports.
• Oversee service delivery across shifts and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Maintain infection control standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
