Job summary

Inclusive Living Ireland is seeking a Social Care Team Lead to oversee centre operations and supervise staff, ensuring HIQA/HSE compliance and a person‑centred approach. The role works with families, the MDT, and external agencies to maintain high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have CORU/NMBI registration or progression, a Level 7 qualification in Social Care, and at least 2 years in residential or health services, with a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 7 qualification in Social Care or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential/social/health services.
• CORU or NMBI registration in place, or progression to Stage 2.
• Full driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the centre and deputy for the manager.
• Ensure HIQA/HSE standards compliance and person-centred care.
• Support staff development, supervision and performance management.
• Coordinate staff to deliver care plans and risk assessments.
• Maintain records and liaise with families and external bodies.
• Lead on safety, training, and escalation processes.
