Job summary

Nua Healthcare Limited is seeking a Deputy Person in Charge to support the Centre Person in Charge and lead a team delivering high-quality care in a residential setting. The role focuses on strong organisational leadership, regulatory compliance and effective coordination with the clinical team and other departments.

The successful candidate will have a Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related field, a full driver's licence, and proven ability to mentor staff while maintaining

Qualifications

• Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline (or suitable equivalent qualification with a qualification in management qualification in Healthcare)
• Full Driver’s Licence required or in the process of achieving a Full Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the centre ensuring high quality care and safety standards.
• Support the Centre Person in Charge and manage team members to provide consistent resident care.
• Coordinate input from Clinical Team and other department supports as required.
• Provide mentorship and leadership, conduct formal supervisions and monthly team meetings.
• Ensure adherence to local safety statements, risk assessments and standard operating procedures.
