Nua Healthcare Limited is seeking a Person in Charge to lead a residential centre in Dublin. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care, managing staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance across operations.

You will oversee Personal Plans, risk assessments, and behavioural support plans, while maintaining infection control and safety standards. The successful candidate will have a Level 7/8 degree in health or social care, a valid driver's license, and at least 3 years of managerial

• Level 7/8 Degree in Health or Social Care is required.
• Management qualification in healthcare is advantageous.
• Full clean driver's license is required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Personal Plans, Risk Assessments and Behavioural Support Plans are up to date.
• Provide highest quality of care and support to people who use this service.
• Meet regulation compliance in accordance with Health ACT 2007 regulations.
• Manage staff team and coordinate input from Clinical Team and other departments.
• Provide mentorship and lead daily team activities, including supervisions and meetings.
• Oversee the service across shifts to ensure quality and safety.
