Job summary

Noel Group (Ireland) currently seeks an experienced Catering Supervisor to join a busy catering operation in Galway on a temporary basis. You will lead the catering team, ensure exceptional food service and customer care, and work with management to deliver smooth service.

Key responsibilities include supervising daily operations, staff scheduling, hygiene and safety compliance, staff training, and stock control. Flexible availability including occasional evenings or weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Catering Supervisor, Team Leader or similar hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
