The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a positive, customer-focused attitude. DBS check will be completed before commencement; previous catering or hospitality experience is desirable.

Formación

• Experience in catering, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Food Safety Level 2 or equivalent knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating according to recipes and standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Support day-to-day catering operations across areas.
• Perform general kitchen duties including washing and organizing equipment.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
• Follow health and safety procedures and food safety regulations.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Adapt to changing priorities and staffing needs.
• Contribute ideas to improve food service quality.
