Responsabilités

• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons, including guests, staff, and visitors
• Maintain impeccable standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout all kitchen operations
• Support the efficient day-to-day running of catering operations across assigned areas
• Perform general kitchen duties, including washing, cleaning, and organizing equipment and workstations
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and ordering supplies as needed
• Follow all health and safety procedures and food safety regulations with precision
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
• Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and staffing requirements
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance food service quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

About You

• Previous catering, hospitality, or customer service experience is desirable
• Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate (Level 2) or equivalent knowledge is preferred
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
