Job summary

PATHWAY TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT LIMITED in Wicklow seeks Care Support Workers for full-time, permanent roles in residential services. You will support adults with disabilities, promote independence, and follow individual care plans, while maintaining accurate records and working as a team.

The role requires a relevant qualification in Social Care and good English, a caring, person-centred approach, and flexibility to work various shifts including day, night, and sleepover patterns.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Social Care, Healthcare, Nursing Care, Disability Support or a related field.
