Job summary

PATHWAY TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT LIMITED is recruiting Care Support Workers and Care Workers for full-time, permanent positions in residential services across Kildare. Roles in Naas, Ballymore Eustace, Carlow and Athy require supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and providing person-centred care.

Shifts include day, night and 24-hour options, with premium Sunday rates and double pay on public holidays.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Social Care, Healthcare, Nursing Care, Disability Support or a related field.
• Good spoken and written English.
• A caring and person-centred approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work residential shifts.
• Previous experience in healthcare, social care or disability services is an advantage.
• Full driving licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support service users with their day-to-day needs.
• Promote independence, choice and inclusion.
• Assist with personal care where required.
• Support social, recreational and community activities.
• Follow individual care and support plans.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Pathway Recruitment is currently recruiting Care Support Workers and Care Workers for full-time, permanent positions within residential services across Kildare. We have roles in Naas, Ballymore Eustace, Carlow, Athy and more.

The roles involve supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and additional support, promoting independence and providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Working Hours

• Day Shift: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Night Shift: 8:00pm – 8:00am
• 24-Hour Shift: 8:00am – 8:00am, including sleepover from 12:00am – 8:00am
• Weekend and Public Holiday work may be required

Requirements
