Job summary

PATHWAY TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking staff to support service users in daily living in Ireland. The role focuses on promoting independence, personal care when needed, and participation in social activities within a safe environment.

Role

• Support service users with their day-to-day needs

Working Hours

• Candidates must be flexible to work residential shift patterns, including:
• Day Shift: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Night Shift: 8:00pm – 8:00am
• 24‑Hour Shift: 8:00am – 8:00am, including sleepover from 12:00am – 8:00am
• Weekend and Public Holiday work may be required

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Social Care, Healthcare, Nursing Care, Disability Support or a related field
• Good spoken and written English
• A caring and person‑centred approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work residential shifts
• Previous experience in healthcare, social care or disability services is an advantage
• Full driving licence is desirable
