Job summary

SalusCare is a growing, Irish-owned home care provider delivering person-centred care to adults in their own homes across Kerry. We’re hiring Caregivers to join our team as we build a service our clients — and our team — can rely on.

We offer €15.15–€21.00 per hour, paid mileage, employee assistance programme, full training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for progression as SalusCare grows. Training is provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Ireland.
• Warm, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• Full training provided; previous care experience an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship, and practical support to clients.
• Support daily routines — personal care, meal prep, medication prompts, mobility.
• Build genuine relationships with the same clients over time.
• Keep accurate care records and communicate changes promptly.
• Work as part of a small, responsive team.
