Job summary

Bluebird Care Ireland is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to effectively schedule Care Assistants, ensuring customers receive safe, high-quality home care in line with their plans. You will coordinate rosters, monitor allocations, and liaise with care staff and management.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work flexibly, including on-call when trained. A valid driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Roster Care Assistants to meet customer needs and schedules.

• Maintain up-to-date records and monitor mileage.
• Provide on-call support out of hours when trained.
• Communicate with customers and representatives about care.
• Collaborate with Bluebird Care team and health professionals.
