Job summary

You will coordinate Care Assistant schedules, manage staffing, and support the Registered Manager to ensure high-quality home care. The role requires strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving abilities and offers a competitive salary with a yearly bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination or admin roles in fast-paced environments.
• 3+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Third level qualification advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Care Assistant schedules to deliver high-quality care on time.
• Monitor rosters to balance client needs with staff wellbeing.
• Arrange cover for sickness, holidays or emergencies.
• Update rotas and communicate changes to staff promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of care activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service delivery.
