Zusammenfassung

IQ-EQ, a global investor services group, seeks a Client Manager, Accountant – Capital Markets in Ireland. You will manage a portfolio of clients, deliver accounting and regulatory services, and build strong relations with auditors and internal teams.

Strong Irish GAAP/IFRS knowledge and capital markets experience are essential. You will prepare financial statements, VAT and regulatory filings while supporting audits and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA or equivalent
• Experience preparing financial statements under Irish GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with capital markets structures, SPVs or securitisation entities
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory filings
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of capital markets clients and deliver high-quality accounting, reporting and admin services
• Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, VAT returns and regulatory filings with accuracy and timeliness
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, auditors, advisors and internal stakeholders
• Support audit processes, bank account administration, payroll reviews and Central Bank reporting
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within Corporate Services
